My Perfect Ceremony write and conduct personalised celebratory ceremonies for Weddings, Naming and Renewal of Vows. Our founder Jo Clarke has been writing and conducting ceremonies since 2005 and has a wealth of knowledge and experience to share with you, to help you create your perfect ceremony.

Jo worked as a Deputy Superintendent Registrar for 8 years, gaining valuable understanding of the legal requirements, whilst perfecting her public speaking skills to suit conducting ceremonies.

Jo adored conducting ceremonies, but could see a real need for a more bespoke service where couples can have a much more personal ceremony and include what they want and where they want, without any restrictions.

Jo is extremely organised, full of ideas, loves helping plan and write your ceremony with you and is naturally smiley, which helps!

I feel very privileged to be part of a couple’s special day. It is important to me that they enjoy the ceremony and I try to make sure that they are involved as much or as little as they want to be with the content.

Whilst it is a serious commitment they are making, the ceremony itself does not have to be solemn and serious. It can be fun, warm and light-hearted if that is what you want.

I believe that you may not remember the exact words that were said, but you will remember the way they made you feel. Words are important and the words used in your ceremony can set the tone for the day.

A day filled with love, laughter and celebration
